Customer Support / CRM Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support / CRM Executive with excellent communication skills, strong English proficiency, and a customer-first attitude. You will be responsible for supporting customers across email, chat, CRM tools and handling queries with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, calls, and support channels.
• Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication at all times.
• Manage customer tickets through CRM tools (Freshdesk, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Understand customer issues and provide correct solutions or escalate when required.
• Maintain customer records, track issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, product) to resolve concerns.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on tickets and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
• Typing speed and accuracy is a plus.
• Basic technical understanding of websites/apps is an advantage.
