Customer Support Consultant

As a Voice Support Executive in our International Voice Process, your role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls from international customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing accurate information and ensuring first-contact resolution for all inquiries. - Maintaining empathy, professionalism, and patience throughout every interaction. - Documenting call outcomes, feedback, and escalations in the CRM system. - Meeting performance metrics including AHT, Quality, and CSAT. - Following process guidelines, scripts, and company policies consistently. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue closure. To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: - Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice-based International Customer Support. - Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/Urdu and good command of English. - Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call center tools. - Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills. - Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift (5 days working). Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role include prior experience in International BPO / Mobility / Telecom / E-commerce domains, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle pressure or escalations. A team-oriented, positive, and self-motivated attitude is also highly valued.
