Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolutions
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required)
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
