Role: Customer Support Executive

(Voice & Non-Voice Process – International)

You will be supporting international customers via voice calls, chat & email, providing them with solutions, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries through calls & chat
• Provide quick and effective resolutions
• Log and track customer interactions
• Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Maintain quality and service standards
