Job Description

Job Title – Customer Service Associate

Location- Mumbai

About the Role -We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Blended Support). In this role, you will handle a combination of calls, emails, and live chat interactions to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product or service-related issues. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer queries across phone, email, and chat platforms.
Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers’ concern, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a blended customer service role (calls, emails, and chats).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and switch between communication channels efficiently. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
