Customer Support

As a Customer Support Executive at Bhanzu (formerly Exploring Infinities), your role is crucial in providing exceptional support to our customers and contributing to the mission of eradicating math phobia and encouraging careers in math and STEM fields. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as a single point of contact and being the face of Bhanzu support for the customers. - Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, whether via phone, email, or chat. - Proactively making outbound calls to build rapport with customers. - Identifying customers" needs and requirements, and proposing suitable solutions efficiently by coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. - Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers. - Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field. - Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and the use of ticketing systems. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. - Good conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask and display patience when handling tough cases.
