Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive for the calling team at Sony Enterprises in Amritsar, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your experience of 6 months to 1 year in sales, customer handling, call center roles, or related fields to effectively address customer needs. - Demonstrate strong customer-oriented approach and possess soft skills to handle customer interactions professionally. - Proficiency in MS Office is required to assist customers efficiently. - Exhibit excellent customer service abilities and be able to work effectively under pressure. - Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred. - Previous experience in customer service for at least 1 year is preferred.
