Eligibility Criteria
Education + Experience (Any one):
Graduate with minimum 1 year of Calling Experience
12th Pass with minimum 3 years of Calling Experience
Experience Required
Only experienced candidates
Must have hands-on experience in calling/telecalling/voice process
Skills Required
Excellent English fluency (mandatory)
Strong communication & customer handling skills
Ability to work in an international voice process
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls for an international process
Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
Maintain call quality standards and meet productivity targets
Update customer records and follow compliance guidelines
