Customer Support Associate

As an Associate for the Customer Support team at Avantor, your main responsibility will be to provide initial technical product support to customers. This includes handling inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical product-related issues, and gathering information to identify and assess the nature of the problem. You will record incidents in a tracking system to maintain a log of product issues for escalation to the product development teams. In cases of complex issues, you will escalate them to higher-level technical product support specialists or management. Your role may involve referring to transcripts or established processes in training manuals and guides to recommend solutions effectively.
