Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage positive feedback. Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory. Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism in customer interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
