Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Provide product or service information and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage positive feedback.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and customer service software.
