Job Description

As a Customer Services Advisor, your primary role will involve providing high-quality customer-centric solutions and proactively offering insights on customer preferences and pain points. You will play a crucial part in turning challenging situations into delightful moments through your exceptional service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling inbound customer queries via live chat, covering a wide range of topics such as billing, rate plans, service activations, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution. It will be essential for you to provide accurate information promptly, resolve customer issues efficiently on the first contact, and take ownership of each customer's concern from start to finish. Active listening, clear communication, and the ability to simplify complex information for customers will be key skills in this role. You will be expected to adhere to work schedules, maintain high ethical standards, and nurture positive relationships with both customers and team members. Additionally, contributing to business profitability through upselling and cross-selling initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. As you gain experience in this position, you will have the opportunity to develop a broader skill set within the organization, enabling you to support various business functions beyond customer relations. Required skills and competencies for this role include excellent communication skills, objection handling, persuasive abilities, achievement orientation, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency. Ideally, you should have experience in live chat processes, customer services, or the Telecoms industry, along with a track record of successful upselling and proactive sales through live chat channels. This is a full-time position that may involve night shifts and rotational shifts, with additional shift allowances. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of total work experience, and proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
