Job Description

Customer Support Associate Voice (Apprenticeship Program)

Customer Support Associates

Voice, you will be handling inbound voice calls (internal only, no sales targets). Your key responsibility is to assist customers with queries and ensure efficient resolution, focusing on Average Handling Time (AHT) and customer

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries over the phone.
Provide accurate and timely information and solutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company communication protocols and policies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Language Proficiency: Tamil English & Malayalam

Shift Timings:

9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
6 days/week
Rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment

Qualification : 12th to Any degree

Only fresher

Gender : Both

Work Location : Chennai alwarpet.
