Customer Support Associate (Inbound Sales) (Female) WALKIN INTERVIEW

Role Overview: You will be responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned to you. Your main goal will be to build a strong relationship and trust with customers by understanding their requirements and suggesting the right product to them. Additionally, you will be answering phones, explaining the products and services offered by the company, and contacting existing as well as prospective customers using scripts. It will be your duty to obtain customer information, ask questions to understand their specifications, resolve queries and issues, make recordings of sales phone calls and deals, take and process product orders, maintain the customer database, and suggest solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
