Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will be responsible for handling customer queries promptly and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. - Providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and resolving complaints effectively. - Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM or support systems. - Explaining product/service features, usage, policies, and procedures to customers. - Forwarding unresolved or critical cases to higher-level support or relevant departments. - Adhering to response time, resolution time, and quality standards to meet service targets. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on pending or escalated cases. - Gathering and sharing customer insights to help improve products and services. - Following company guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements to adhere to policies. - Delivering excellent service while being polite, empathetic, and patient.
