Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer queries on app through chat support providing timely and helpful solutions
· Communicate effectively with customers in both Hindi and English
· Support the team in other administrative tasks as required – e.g., refinements to digital platform or website
Requirements:
· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English; Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Passion and knowledge about fitness and wellness is preferred, but not mandatory
