The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to be the voice of our brand. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will directly impact customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as tech, growth, and product) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, composed approach under pressure.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools.
  • Customer-first attitude with high levels of empathy and patience.

Good to have

  • Fluency in additional languages, depending on the customer base.
  • Basic understanding of the company's product/industry.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed.
