Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process in the Healthcare Domain and you will be responsible for handling inbound call from patients, providers, insurance companies, or healthcare partners in the U.S. market, resolving queries related to medical billing, insurance claims, appointments, benefits, and other healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers regarding Comcast products and services (e.g., cable, internet, phone).

• Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and account management.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Upsell or promote relevant services where applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekend, and US holidays.
