Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support via calls.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.Understand customer needs and offer accurate information and solutions.Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate internal teams.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.Support team goals and contribute to overall performance.

Key Requirements
English Fluency: Must meet Vasant 6 level or above.Education: Bachelors degree in any field.Strong communication and customer service skills.Insurance background preferred (any insurance process experience works).Prior customer service or BPO experience is an added advantage.Fresher and Experienced candidates are welcome.
