Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at SteamPRO.in in New Delhi. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication to meet and exceed customer needs on a daily basis.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving
• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service experience in a similar role
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
