Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Nehru Place. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through calls and emails, providing detailed product information, generating leads, nurturing current relationships with clients, and closing sales. The role includes maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies.

Qualifications

Sales generation skills
Customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
Organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
Previous experience in sales or related roles is a plus

At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
Open for Freshers (as well)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 (CTC) per month
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST
Note: On Saturdays, we usually wrap up early from the office (Nehru Place, South Delhi)
Laptop: Candidate must have a personal laptop for official use
