Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Kovaion in Noida, you play a crucial role in both project delivery and customer retention. Your primary responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services, and driving customer retention and growth. This unique position requires you to merge the strategic relationship management of a Customer Success Manager with the project execution expertise of a Project Manager. Throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing optimization, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor, comprehending customer needs and goals - Take ownership of multiple project accounts - Proactively identify and resolve customer issues - Handle the Project Team and ensure Project Deliverables - Monitor customer health and address churn risk proactively - Track key customer success metrics and report on progress - Educate customers on best practices - Collaborate directly with the Project Team to plan and execute scheduled activities - Create and revise project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements - Monitor progress towards objectives and project scope - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones - Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage resources effectively - Conduct team and user meetings efficiently - Maintain completeness and appropriateness of project documents - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience working in the Oracle Landscape - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build trust and rapport with customers - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Proactive and resourceful approach - Deep understanding of the company's product or service - Customer-centric mindset - Proven experience in customer success or project management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong track record of meeting project objectives - Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities This role is perfect for a motivated and organized individual who excels in a customer-centric environment.
