Customer Success Manager, Portworx

As a Customer Success Manager at Pure Storage, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, building trusted advisor relationships, and personalizing the customer's Pure Storage / Portworx experience. Your responsibilities will include on-boarding, support, services, adoption, training, advocacy, and retention activities with a focus on outcomes such as renewals, up-sell, cross-sell, reference-ability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of customers" business priorities, operational objectives, and data center environment - Own and drive strategic, operational, risk, and growth management reviews related to hardware/service delivery, deployments, and capacity planning - Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews to align business and technical goals across stakeholders - Act as a customer advocate and conduit into internal cross-functional teams - Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Pure Storage / Portworx programs - Participate in Executive Briefing Committee discussions, Sales Account Strategy & Growth planning, and Technical troubleshooting - Travel up to 25% to visit customers as needed Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in TAM, CSM, Professional Services, Support, or Sales Engineer - Experience working with container orchestration technology in an enterprise environment - Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Good technical knowledge of VMware, Linux, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure - Ability to drive adoption and minimize the risk of churn Additionally, you are expected to cover U.S. working hours, have the flexibility to travel occasionally, and work from the local Pure Storage office.
