Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication, personalized support, and a high standard of service.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client goals into actionable strategies that drive campaign success.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging KPIs and engagement data to identify risks and optimize results.
  • Drive client growth and retention by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales to develop strategic account plans.
  • Gather and share client feedback through regular touchpoints, influencing product enhancements and campaign innovation.
  • Collaborate across teamsincluding sales, marketing ops, and productto deliver a seamless, high-impact customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service roleideally within digital marketing, media, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skillswritten and verbalwith the ability to simplify technical concepts and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose challenges, and drive strategic solutions.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Effective collaborator who also thrives when working independently and managing competing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns; familiarity with the technology or information security sector is a strong advantage.
