What You'll Do
Get involved in the entire customer lifecycle from on-boarding through the account growth phaseProvide product training to enable the customers to realize the potential of ZeaplIdentify product usage gaps and provide actionable solutions to the customersBuild value-based relationships with customers and create Zeapl champions at enterprise endConduct Strategic Business Reviews to understand customer lifecycle milestones, communicate the value of ourproduct, showcase ROI & drive desired customer outcomes through a consultative approachIdentify opportunities of upselling and cross-selling to increase ACVIdentify appropriate business use cases where Zeapl can be deployedEstablish deployment goals and desired success outcomes and then develop a plan to carry them out successfullyCommunicate and brain-storm with the product team on customer feedback and help refine product roadmapWork with the marketing team to execute customer surveys, case studies, etcIdentify and process success milestones for the customersOptimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiativesDrive customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, customer meetups; and creating a center of excellence within the customer's organizationOur Ideal Customer Success SpecialistHigh-touch Customer Success role (preferably in a B2B SaaS or Tech Product based company)A highly organized & responsive person who can multi-task with efficiencyShowcases exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work along with Global CustomersHas an exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationshipsDemonstrates a deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of productsHaving any prior basic technical experience is like an icing on the cakeExhibits a true passion for customers and for Customer SuccessKnowledge of product integrations, API documents would be appreciated.What To ExpectA challenging position with lots of room for growth and support for personal and professional developmentwith a great opportunity to work with a cross-functional team along with:Competitive SalaryOpportunity to work in a Product company in a vertical B2B niche SaaS.A transparent work culture that allows you to learn about the SaaS business first hand.Fun events, curated workshops, learning sessions, prices, awards & recognitions etc
