Role: Customer Success Manager
Timing: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM IST
mode: Remote or Hybrid
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Requirements :
2+ years in Customer Success / Client Coordination / Operations
Experience working with international clients
Excellent spoken & written English
Strong follow-up & coordination skills
Professional presence on Zoom/Google Meet — confident, clear, and presentable
Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp
Background in mortgage, finance, insurance, or real estate is a plus
