Job Description:

Join our Customer Success team and play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction

of our valued customer. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building

strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with

exceptional support throughout their journey with our company. Key areas of responsibility

would be managing customer relationship to ensure longevity in our association and to

facilitate the upsell & cross sell of financial products by our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the main point of contact for financial advisors, providing them with guidance

and support.

2. Proactively engage with financial advisors to understand their goals and objectives.

3. Ensure successful onboarding of new financial advisors by providing training and

assistance.

4. Monitor financial usage patterns and provide recommendations to optimize

their experience.

5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.

6. Be the voice of financial advisor by methodically taking up their service request,

challenges, and recommendations to the respective internal teams.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to address financial advisors needs and improve

product offerings.

8. Gather financial advisor feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for

product enhancements.

9. Maintain accurate records of financial advisor interactions and update the platform

system accordingly.

10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Prior experience in a customer success or customer management role

2. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with financial advisors.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

4. Adept at problem-solving and providing solutions that meet financial advisors needs.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team

environment.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.

7. Familiarity with mutual funds is preferred.

8. Bachelor's degree is required.
