Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Success team in managing day-to-day client interactions.
  • Assist in handling client accounts based on size and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain client data, reports, and trackers for performance monitoring.
  • Understand and contribute to customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Participate in client review discussions and follow-up actions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Final-year students currently pursuing graduation (any stream).
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to travel for 5 days WFO per week.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Eager to learn and grow in client management and customer success functions.
