What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist the Customer Success team in handling customer queries and support requests.
  • Support onboarding by guiding new clients through product features and best practices.
  • Document and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing insights to improve product and service.
  • Maintain customer data in CRM and other internal tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • MBA Graduates, ideally in your final year or recently graduated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a plus.
