Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist the Customer Success team in managing creator accounts.

? Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of basic support requests.

? Work closely with internal teams to track and follow up on customer feedback.

? Help in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth experience.

? Monitor and report customer activity and engagement.

? Maintain documentation and update customer data in our systems.

? Shadow senior CSMs and support them in execution of success plans.

What We&aposre Looking For:

? Recent graduates or final-year students (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).

? Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

? Passion for customer service and problem-solving attitude.

? Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.

? Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech is a plus, but not required.
