About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, people-friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Growth Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and helping a growing brand build strong relationships with its users. You’ll be the face of the brand for customers—whether it’s assisting with abandoned carts, tracking orders, or reaching out to new communities.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup environment where your ideas, initiative, and communication skills will play a direct role in customer satisfaction and brand growth.


Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers over WhatsApp, calls, and email to answer queries and provide updates

* Follow up on abandoned carts with friendly messages and personalized offers

* Track orders and communicate timely updates to customers

* Assist with onboarding new customers through outreach in communities, societies, and WhatsApp groups

* Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance experience

* Be the first point of contact for customer concerns and resolve them promptly

* Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to create a smooth customer journey


Requirements:

* Strong communication skills (Hindi and English)

* Comfort with tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and Shopify

* A friendly and problem-solving mindset

* Ability to multitask and work independently

* Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment

* Freshers are welcome; prior internship or part-time customer-facing experience is a bonus
