What You'll Do

• Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate support to our customers via chat, email.
  
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  
• Be the voice of our userscollect feedback and escalate issues that impact the user experience.
  
• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to

  2 years of customer support experience

• Strong communication skills in English.
  
• A people-first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  

Tech-savvy and eager to learn startup tools and platforms.
