Within CoinDCX's Customer Success team, the focus is on ensuring users maximize their CoinDCX experience. By building strong relationships and providing support and guidance, the team aims to help users achieve their goals in the world of digital finance. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and success, this is an opportunity to create exceptional experiences that turn users into advocates. To be a part of the team, you need to possess strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Sprinklr), efficient multitasking abilities, prior customer support experience in a trading firm or hands-on trading experience, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, good listening and problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, knowledge of blockchain technology, and a keen interest in DeFi. Experience working in a crypto, Web3, or trading firm is preferred, and candidates must be open to working in rotational shifts. While a High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required, a College Degree is preferred. As a member of the Customer Success team, your responsibilities will include providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via queries, chat, and phone, assisting customers in navigating the platform, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, staying informed about industry developments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of support processes, and handling difficult/stressful situations with high ticket volumes when necessary.
