Job Description

You will be part of a small, growing startup that focuses on creating innovative products using NFC & QR Code technologies. Clear communication, teamwork, and a proactive mindset are highly valued to ensure our customers" success. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent Customer Support by answering calls, emails, or chats promptly and professionally to resolve customer problems. You will engage in Sales Outreach activities by contacting potential customers through calls and emails to introduce our products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collecting feedback for product improvement, advocating for the product, collaborating with various teams, staying updated on industry trends, and creating documentation for customer reference will also be part of your role. We are looking for individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, proficiency in using Tally for invoicing and basic accounting, a friendly and patient attitude with strong problem-solving skills, efficient time management, and basic computer skills.
