What you’ll do


  • Own customer relationships post-onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of the product.
  • Solve client issues quickly and with empathy.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to drive product usage and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver customer value.
  • Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.


What we’re looking for


  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with SaaS tools.
