Role Overview:

Responsible for ensuring customers gain maximum value from Uptimelinked’s IoT solutions — from onboarding to adoption and post-sales engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and usage of IoT platforms.
  • Ensure solution implementation and adoption during POC and post-sales.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and handle technical queries.
  • Track performance outcomes and share regular reports.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Engineering/Business or related field.
  • 2–5 years in customer success/sales (IoT or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot) is an advantage.
