Location: Delhi Experience: 3–5 years Type: Full-time Salary: ₹4–6 LPA (based on experience) Role Overview: Responsible for ensuring customers gain maximum value from Uptimelinked’s IoT solutions — from onboarding to adoption and post-sales engagement. Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through onboarding, training, and usage of IoT platforms. Ensure solution implementation and adoption during POC and post-sales. Maintain strong customer relationships and handle technical queries. Track performance outcomes and share regular reports. Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering/Business or related field. 2–5 years in customer success/sales (IoT or SaaS preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving & data interpretation skills. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot) is an advantage.
