Customer Success Executive

As a dynamic Customer Success Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance our brand's online reputation by effectively addressing customer queries, complaints, and feedback on various social media platforms. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and promptly respond to customer queries through social media channels. - Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues. - Keep track of brand mentions, reviews, and comments to maintain a positive online reputation. - Address and manage negative feedback to enhance brand perception. - Engage with customers to build and strengthen relationships. - Identify trends and provide insights for service improvements. - Collaborate with the customer service team to develop effective online reputation management strategies. Skills & Qualifications: - Graduation in any field; freshers are welcome to apply. - 1 year of experience in online reputation management, social media, or customer support is preferred. - Proficient in English and Hindi with strong communication skills. - Ability to handle pressure situations and resolve conflicts diplomatically. - Possess an analytical mindset to identify trends and insights. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, leave encashment, and the opportunity for a quarterly bonus. The work schedule is in the morning shift.
