Job Description

Location: Koramangala,Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound inquiries from customers received through phone, chat, email, or website.

Understand customer needs, provide accurate product information, and guide them through the buying journey.

Convert leads into qualified opportunities by identifying customer requirements and coordinating with the sales/pre-sales teams.

Maintain and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and achieve revenue targets.

Support pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and pricing discussions.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries and proactive engagement.

Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, product issues, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Knnada ,Tamil,Telgu].

Strong telecalling and persuasive selling skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.

Positive attitude, resilience, and customer-first mindset.

Good multitasking and time management abilities.
