Key Points

 Handle client communications on email/call by providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

 Effectively communicate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders including design, product, operations etc. to ensure smooth functionality of the advertisement product / online listing.

 Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize qualified leads and ensure timely follow-up.

 Conduct product/service demonstrations for qualified leads, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.

 Answer questions during demos and provide clear, persuasive explanations of product capabilities.

 Collect feedback from prospects during demos and communicate insights to product and sales teams.

 Work with sales representatives to ensure smooth transition and follow-up after demos.
