Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate located in Gandhinagar. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working on initiatives to retain customers. The role will also involve using analytical skills to understand customer needs and improve service quality.
