Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate/Executive located in Gandhinagar. The role involves engaging with customers, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. The Customer Success Associate/Executive will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our services.
