Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored insurance solutionsClearly communicate product benefits, features, and pricingBuild trust and rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experienceMeet and exceed assigned sales and service targetsMaintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systemsStay updated with insurance products, industry regulations, and company offerings
Required Skillset:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
Neutral accent with no MTI/RTIStrong command over grammar and pronunciationCustomer-centric mindset with a proactive approachSales acumen, especially in insurance-related roles, is an advantage
Qualifications:
Graduate from any discipline
Open to both freshers and experienced candidatesPrior insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred
