Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Service Executive at Sector 18, Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to handle both inbound and outbound customer queries effectively. We are seeking individuals with a graduate degree and exceptional English communication and convincing skills. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced candidate, you are welcome to apply for this position. Your role will involve ensuring the resolution of customer issues while meeting service targets. This includes providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis with 6 days a week, and 1 rotational off. The offered salary for this position ranges from 25K to 35K CTC, with the opportunity to earn unlimited incentives. In addition to the competitive salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day shift or morning shift. If you are someone who is comfortable working in a voice process environment and have a Bachelor's degree, you are preferred for this role. The work location is in Gurgaon, Haryana, and we expect candidates to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
