Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate located in Gurugram. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction, providing support to address their needs, and working to retain customers by addressing any issues they may encounter. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing timely solutions, monitoring customer accounts, and analyzing customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
