Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for our Health, Motor, and Life Insurance verticals. The

role involves reaching out to interested leads and advising them on suitable insurance products.

Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to potential customers interested in insurance products
• Understanding customer needs and offering suitable Health, Motor, or Life insurance options
• Ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective communication

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
• No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence)
• Clear grammar and pronunciation (English)
• Sales acumen and a customer-focused attitude

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
• Insurance background preferred

Shift Details:• 6 days working with rotational shifts

• Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM)

• Males: Full rotational shift

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
