Responsibilities Include:

  • Interact with prospective Cover customers via phone, text and email to achieve a 15-min service level agreement for all new Cover customers
  • Educate customers on the process of purchasing homeowners' insurance, with respect to home lending, and coordinating with lenders to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Engage with consultative approach in helping customers overcome issues and achieve their goals related to home insurance, lending and home-purchasing
  • Provide the best customer experience possible, which in turn will help you convert potential customers to Better Cover customers
  • Schedule appointments with Insurance Experts, on behalf of the customer, to complete their Cover purchase experience
  • Upsell policies wherever possible
  • Generate insurance quotes for Cover Insurance Experts using EzLynx and other carrier portals, on an as needed basis
  • Policy payment tracking, renewal tracking, and general operational support, on an as needed basis

Required Skill Set

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic about providing a world class customer experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google sheets
  • Proficiency with EzLynx, preferred
  • Insurance related experience, preferred

Shift Timing/Work Hours

  • Employees are required to work in any shift
  • Employees will be open to work over the weekends, on an as needed basis
