Job Description

As a Customer Solutions Consultant at our Hyderabad, India office, you will play a crucial role in serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing customer implementations, designing tailored solutions based on business requirements, and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and ROI. You will be the key liaison between our customers and internal teams, developing strong, empathetic relationships with customers and addressing their queries and challenges effectively. In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will lead end-to-end customer implementations, gather and analyze business requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations. Your role will also involve defining, tracking, and ensuring measurable ROI for customers, monitoring key performance indicators, and managing Customer Health Scores to improve customer satisfaction and retention. As a problem-solver and crisis manager, you will handle complex customer challenges with professionalism and efficiency, proactively identifying risks and addressing them promptly. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be key in delivering compelling presentations, writing clear documentation, and effectively communicating technical and business concepts to stakeholders. Collaboration and teamwork are essential aspects of this role, as you will partner with internal teams to provide feedback, contribute to process improvements, and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including a solid understanding of SaaS products and digital adoption platforms, as well as impeccable soft skills such as empathy, communication, problem-solving, resilience, and accountability. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in customer success or solutions consulting within a SaaS company. Preferred skills include knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other technical skills, experience in digital adoption platforms or enterprise software, and certification in customer success or related fields.
