About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International Customer Service team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service to global customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls professionally and provide accurate information

  • Resolve customer queries within timelines

  • Maintain call quality standards and customer satisfaction

  • Document interactions and follow internal processes

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with rotational night shifts


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

  • Fresher OR experienced (international voice preferred)

  • Comfortable with night shifts

  • HSC / Graduate

  • Immediate joiners will be given priority
