Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
• Maintain customer records and ensure all interactions are properly documented in our database.
  

3 Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data in MS-Excel to track customer service performance.
