Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Contact borrowers via phone, email, and other communication channels to collect outstanding student loan payments.
Negotiate repayment plans or settlements in line with company policies.
Update and maintain accurate records of borrower interactions and payment agreements in the CRM system.
Follow up with borrowers on broken promises and missed payments.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve borrower queries or discrepancies.
Identify delinquent accounts and escalate complex cases as needed.
Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies (e.g., RBI guidelines, data privacy).
